Made worse by no answer to phone calls/email to APC to clarify what was going to happen. Cust service at Wigley did answer my email query to them & eventually got a conf of delivery from APC. Product not considered urgent and I know the courier APC is very busy but lack of communication is disappointing and I would be reluctant to re-order at this time, for this reason.”
“Just after starting the first use of the Hozelock Plus telescopic lance today, the plastic "bit" that controls the length of the lance broke, so now it cannot be used. However Wigley offered to replace it foc and the second version seems OK”
