“I was very pleased with the service provided by Wigley but the order was spoilt by the incompetence of your delivery contractor. The order was received 2 days late as delivery was attempted to the wrong address. In spite of very specific instructions from a member of your staff, the second delivery was also made to the wrong address, The parcel was eventually given to me by the occupier of the wrong address. I would like to do more business with Wigley in the future but would not tolerate your delivery contractor.”
“Boots ordered were different size than stated on box so manufacturers fault but Wigley were quick to offer new boots or refund. Unfortunately boots were not in stock till the new year but Wigley were very quick to collect and refund so would definitely use them again.”
“The price for the product was very competitive however it did not arrive on the day it should have. This was down to the delivery company and not the supplier. The supplier reacted very quickly with an emailed appology and repaid the postage that day. The product was delivered the following day. At this time of the year (Christmas) it's understandable that the delivery of products can deviate from the norm so no big deal. Would still buy from from supplier.”
