Second day he arrived in village and said he 'couldn't get up lane'--vehicles MUCH larger than his Transit size van regularly come up here--SO had to go and collect from village--would probably put me off reordering because of hassle”
“Good service but you should re-consider the LGBT rainbow flag on the mouse trap on your homepage. This could be interpreted as a slightly homophobic message! That flag draws your eye very easily.”
“I was happy with my purchase but would like to know why an alternative delivery option is not made available. The item I ordered, was in my opinion, overpriced and it would have been ideal to have a cheaper delivery price to minimise the overall outlay. I also tried to find if it was possible to order two of the items in question without incurring an additional postage charge, but I found no way to do it.

“I bought chestnut malemine lacquer which is very good and was sent out to me on time, cannot fault how quickly it arrived, my only gripe is the courier service they use, I work full time Monday to Friday but they don’t deliver after 4pm or on Saturdays, this made things very awkward for me, luckily a neighbor was able to help, but will rethink where I buy it from in future.”
