“The led floodlight within 2 days and works very well. The description could have made it clear the PIR also has adjustment for the light level it will operate”

“Cannot fault the service or bulbs. Both ordering and receiving went without a hitch. Will use again.”

Helpful Report

“Ordered the led bulbs for my chandelier and they came the next day. Really pleased with the service and will definitely use again.”

Helpful Report

“The bulb fittings are on the opening page of your website I moved on to read the specification of the bulbs without specifying which fitting then forgot to go back when placing the order and got the wrong fittings, my fault but it would help if the order form required one to select the fitting.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent product and service.”

Helpful Report

“Everything was great except for Royal mail the lights were delayed because of them”

Helpful Report

“The product is fantastic can't fault it. However getter you to pay extra for 24 hour delivery when the delivery company do not deliver on a Saturday is a rip off and is not clearly explained on the website. Customer service is like talking on deaf ears.”

Helpful Report

“Ordered two outside lights they were as advertised and arrived the next day. Good stuff!! Thank You”

“The only gripe i have is that both times i paid for next day delivery which didn't happen but apart from that great service and found exactly what i was looking for and cheaper so all in all not too bothered about the extra i paid for delivery. :-)”

Helpful Report

“Good stuff, chosen with the help of informative staff, quickly dispatched and easy to install”

Helpful Report

“Good quality product fast efficient service”

Helpful Report

“Good light. Easy to fit, warm light. Improvements would be a longer power cable.”

Helpful Report

“The spotlights are great and arrived quickly in perfect condition. The website is easy to navigate but I was unsure which to purchase and your sales representative helped me and was excellent.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent value, I intend using these 6W bulbs in a refurbished kitchen where they will provide an more than sufficient pleasant light for a working area.”

Helpful Report

“Had a small problem with processing my order but this was quickly and efficiently resolved in one phone call. Highly recommended.”

Helpful Report

“excellent lights easy to install”

Helpful Report

“Products seem fine but not as lol fitted yet. Delivery time was good. Only downside Is that after buying products a few days later there was a 30% off code, asked If they would honour that as they had a 14 day price match price policy and they declined, as little dissapointing. So I would say only buy during there sale times”
