"Phone call made to establish which replacement driver I needed for my existing kitchen floor lights purchased in 2016. Service was excellent and quickly established best option and got the black Friday discount. Delivery was also very good. Would certainly use again."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my recent order. My package was not delivered because my house number was missing. WLED has stated that they don\u2019t know what went wrong, even though they sent the package. Royal Mail is now returning it to them.\r\nI was in contact with a representative named Karan M, who informed me that I need to pay for the items again and that I will only receive a refund once the package is returned to you. He also mentioned that this process could take months. This is completely unacceptable.\r\nIf the issue was due to an error on WLED\u2019s part, I should not have to pay again while waiting for a refund. I expect a prompt resolution and a fair approach to this situation.\r\nI am very disappointed with this experience and will not be purchasing from WLED again"

I was pretty happy with the sales as well as the support.\r\n\r\nMy order, which was part custom lengths, was delivered the next day, despite me ordering after midday.\r\nI had a little issue re setup. One staff member called Andy I think, helped a ton, said if I was still stuck, speak to a chap called Vish. \r\n\r\nVish talked me through the setup and diagnose the issue I was having. \r\nI installed the lights at a customers house, she couldn't be happier. "Lights look great, however I had a problem with my order. I paid for next day delivery to guarantee receiving the items before my electrician was due to come. However 1 item was missing so the job couldn't be finished. I had to pay the electrician extra to come another day once the missing item had arrived.\r\n\r\nIt was my first time ordering from here, and personally wasn't a great experience. If only they sent the entire order.....! The review would have been 5\/5 rather than 2\/5"
