“I have only been able to fit unit I am 80 years of age and I have just had a new Knee fitted and I had to wait for a short dry period to fit new unit as it is very difficult to get someone to do it for you for less than around £100. I have managed to fit the unit and it is now working. I live in a area with many trees I now feel a lot safer with my security lights back working. It is a pity that there are no organisations around that can help OAPs like myself who do not require a £100 before they will start the work. I suppose that's my fault to live to 80..”

“Arrived quickly. Fitted and seems to work fine one week in. I had to contact the manufacturer before fitting as there was one wire not attached to anything. Once I'd attached it to the correct point it all worked OK. It offers all the light I need for a security night light on a patio.”

“The telephone Customer Service staff are extremely helpful, and are 5 star. I had a small problem in ordering a dimming set of LED strips which on arrival did not work. Sent back foc and the dimmer was tested and found faulty. Replacement arrived quickly but again did not work. It turned out that I was not using a sufficiently high wattage load with the initial strip ordered to enable the dimmer to operate correctly. At the ordering time the staff had not been made aware of the limitation, nor was there any note on the internet screen. I suggested using a higher loading strip and that in view of the fact they had sold me a system which could not work, that I pay the difference in the extra cost of the more expensive LED strip. The young lady on the phone then referred this suggestion back to their manager who REFUSED to make the commercial decision to swallow a loss of about £4-£5 in an effort to keep a happy customer and future goodwill. I would have given 5 stars if it was based on the phone personnel but the stupidity of the manager in ignoring customer goodwill results in the lower score.”

“Placed order a while ago now but only just got round to installing them put up 10w light and am happy with quality of the unit, light is quite small so fits under roof on the purling, it only needs to light up a small area so is more than adequate and is lighting up more or less equivalent of 120w halogen light. Wholesale LED Lights website was easy to navigate and delivery was well packaged and arrived quickly now that i'm happy with the lights I have replaced two 120w halogens and will purchase another one of those and four other 500w halogens and will be happy to place order with Wled”
