“Wanted to replace a 120W spot that was being used about 12 hours per day 7 days a week. The 9W LED spot, which claimed an output of 600 lumens, about half the illumination of the 120W spot so ordered 3 to be on the safe side. They arrived within 3 days. On test found a single lamp was very bright and perfectly sufficient on its own. Really pleased with the effect. With a claimed life of 50,000 hrs, less than a tenth the power consumption and only twice the price of the spot, this wins on all fronts.”

“You were very efferent in processing my orders but I as I have to install the strip on decking I asked if you could put a couple of off cut to practice with. Although the off cuts were on the order form they were not in the delivery and I think this let the side down. Regards Malcolm”

I have spoken to my colleague who was dealing with your order and he did pass on instructions to the dispatch team to send a small cut off along with your order for test purposes. Admittedly this isn't something we would ordinarily do and it would only have been a small piece, but it should still have been included if agreed. “LED strips were cut to the requested length and had wires soldered on to one end for connection to the power supply. The self-adhesive backing to the LED strips work well, making them very easy to install.”

“Great service, I received the product very quickly and the quality is excellent, 5 stars! But I had problems with the discount code on the website, it kept loosing the code and trying to charge me full price. The support desk responded very efficiently, but 2 weeks on and I'm still waiting for the discount to be refunded :(”

“I ordered three stand alone units with three independent power supplies and, as an LED virgin, I asked for everything to be included (rather than spec it up myself). When my kit arrived there were no connectors to join the power supplies to the LED, so I had to place a second order. The end result works very well but I was let down by poor advice first time around. Shame.”
