“Just a couple of feedback items. 1/ Originally tried to pay via Paypal and it was rejected after authorising the payment in Paypal - even ensured I put the address details on the left hand side. 2/Tracking my order doesn't work - just opens a popup window with my tracking order displayed. Tried in both IE11 and Chrome.”

“The service was excellent - the lights were delivered sooner than we expected. They were easy to install and they work as advertised. They've made a big difference to us when we arrive home after dusk, with a good range for the movement sensors and a well lit area as we unlock our door, even with low wattage energy saving bulbs. We don't think you could get better value for your money.”

“I have just finished a project to install LED strip lights in a new larder cupboard. Apart from the switch that turns the lights on when the door is opened (B&Q) I bought everything from WLED. I chose 'daylight' (4000K) which is perfect for this kind of illumination. The cable lengths were critical, and it would have helped me if you had quoted the lengths of the PSU's mains and 12V power supply cables on your website. I'm happy with the quality of your products and service, and would buy from you again.”

“Ordered goods paying for 24 hour delivery. No confirmation email for order and goods did not arrive next day. Phoned company to be told one item was not in stock even though it stated in stock on the website ( was told in stock on the website was in stock with the supplier) not with them, the item was arriving with them that day and I would get an email confirming dispatch that day and I would get a credit for the 24 hour charge. Next day no email phoned again item still not in stock but would send items already in stock out separately the following day. Waited another three days and contacted them again to be told the other item was in and the whole order was dispatched that day .I had to continually chase them for updates. I received a credit memo for the refund but I wanted the refund into my bank account as a credit note is useless to me as I will not be using this company again.”
