“The light does the job fine: delivery was prompt, so no grumbles at all.”

“I bought 10 warm white 3watt bulbs, 5 for the living room and 5 for the dining room. The light is bright and very similar tone to the old tungsten bulbs they replaced. The 5 bulb room lights use 15 watt now instead of 250 watt (5X50w tungsten) I am very pleased with my purchase. Delivery was fast.”

“Unfortunatly not a good experience. Paid extra for next day delivery as I needed them asap. After two days had passed I called to enquire and was informed they had to come from the manufacturer but would have them the next day. Nearly a week later I rang again and was told the same thing. This time I asked them to check on that as I had been told the same a week ago. After checking I was told it would actually be another three weeks so I cancelled those items and re-ordered. As it turns out the replacements wouldn't fit (my error), but all in all not a good experience,”

“Although my order arrived promptly and well packaged it wasn't until I was fitting the lights this weekend that I discovered the following: Of the 18 lights purchased, one third of them were marked or scratched. I'm living with this as I need to get the room finished. One of the lights did not have the fitting screws and wall plugs. The rubber sucker that is included with each light fitting to enable you to remove the bulb is useless. One of the lights does not work and would appear to have a faulty "socket". When trying to inserting the bulb, it would only go in so far and it is now stuck. A replacement light fitting and bulb is required.”

“Easy to navigate site. Light didn't turn up on time, phoned after a week and was told just come into stock and would be dispatched. waited over a week and still no luck so phoned again and was told I had them, then when I persisted records were checked and couldn't decide what was going on so said they would phone back. Have answer machine so couldn't miss call and no call came. A week later phoned again [third time] and got a guy that seemed very switched on and said he would deal with it immediately and appologised for the non returned call. Less than an hour later got royal mail tracking number and light turned up next day. Would I use again, mmmm, not sure but I do like the light.”

“I've ordered a lot lamps from you without any hassle, however, this time I ordered 6x 3.3w GU10s to go into a room which was already using the 3.3w. Without asking me, I was sent 7w cobs. When I called up to ask I was told the 3.3w was redundant and out of stock. Someone should have called me to explain this before they sent the 7w which doesn't go with my current 3.3w.”
