“Products seem fine but not as lol fitted yet. Delivery time was good. Only downside Is that after buying products a few days later there was a 30% off code, asked If they would honour that as they had a 14 day price match price policy and they declined, as little dissapointing. So I would say only buy during there sale times”

“Happy with product so far, LED light panels. One of the dimmer boxes was not , had to return. Replacement arrived in 1 week. The discount code on the website didn't work so paid full price.”

“All OK. My aim, is to obtain enough lumens (Dimmable) with 120 degree angle. warm and/or cool light so that I have enough light to read small print. I suspect that GU10 LED are struggling to meet my needs. Have you any suggestions please?e”

“Products all correct and accounted for no problem with the quality and am thrilled with the free USB led strip that was thrown in as an extra. Product was a lot later in turning up than I had hoped for after selecting 24 hour delivery, however after ringing up to inquire after them was kept well informed on their progress by polite, charismatic and helpful staff and although the product was later than expected I was impressed by the customer service so thank you and I will continue to order from you.”

Order was slightly incorrect, with one bulb being the wrong type - I mailed customer services, a replacement was sent immediately and received 2 days later. All in all - happy with the overall experience and speed to correct.”

“The product I bought, WILTSHIRE ALUMINIUM OUTDOOR WALL DUSK DAWN LANTERN, is well made, easy to install, and so far working very well. It looks good too! The only thing I was not impressed with was the delivery time. Despite being advertised as in stock, delivery within 5 - 7 days, it actually took nearly 3 weeks to be dispatched. However, correspondence with the company was excellent. Emails were answered very promptly and politely. If the delivery had been as advertised, I would have given 5 stars.”

“Ordered a combination of indoor led bulbs and outside lights, slight problem with indoor led bulbs as the type ordered was not in stock, recieved phone call from company explaining that would take a while to get new ones in stock but could provide similar bulbs. As they where pretty similar that was no problem. Light and bulbs working well and pricing compeive the reason did not give " very good "report was the bulbs did take eight days to arrive . Overall satisfied with company”

“Every happy with light but as reported in other reviews the small retaining caps are difficult and fiddly to fit onto the backplate screws. Lost count of the number of times they were dropped.”

“Good lights and bulbs I had one light fitting damaged that is the spring came off and that was a waste as it wouldn't stay in the hole as the spring had snapped Couldn't wait for replacement as it was costing me a lot more for extra time to the electrician”
