“If you use 24 hr delivery at £2.99, make sure wholesale L.E.D have the goods in stock at the time of ordering. Because 24 hr delivery starts after wholesale L.E.D have received the goods from suppliers; this could be up to 5 days. The goods I received are good quality and I have not been disappointed with them. I just had a problem understanding how I could pay £2.99 for 24 hr delivery and still not have them 3 days later....”

“Very helpful chap on the phone when I did not understand the different bulb options. Order placed on the phone and delivered quickly, although I had requested delivery after a certain date, as we would be away, and this was ignored, leading to two "you were out when I delivered" cards. Lights little used so far but look good in position.”

“I placed two orders for LED strip lights, which required a call to sort out details. I talked to three members of staff in all who were very helpful both with technical details and handling the order. Delivery was quick and there were no errors or faults in the goods sent. As for the lights, the "warm white" has a greenish tinge and I didn't expect that. However, I don't find this colour tone off-putting. I was sent a free RGB lighting kit which was a nice touch, unfortunately it only contained the strip and not the controller. All in all, very satisfied and my lighting project looks great.”

“I had previously spent several hundred pounds on many metres of LEDs and a couple of power supplies for a nearly-blind friend who needs bright lighting. When the supplies failed after only a couple of years I went back to purchase replacements but there were no direct replacements in the product line. Eventually I ordered a supply I could most easily use but they sent the wrong one. When I contacted them, all they were prepared to do was wait till the wrong part was returned before they'd send the right part, despite it being their error. All the time my friend has a gloomy kitchen, a dangerous place when you're nearly blind. I was also told that they had to 'get the part in', despite it being advertised as in stock, adding another day to the delay. I had initially paid for rapid delivery, the replacement was sent out standard delivery, adding even more delay. I had previously been a great fan of Wholesale LED Lights but their customer service practices have let them down, especially when correcting their own error.”

“The bulb fittings are on the opening page of your website I moved on to read the specification of the bulbs without specifying which fitting then forgot to go back when placing the order and got the wrong fittings, my fault but it would help if the order form required one to select the fitting.”

“The product is fantastic can't fault it. However getter you to pay extra for 24 hour delivery when the delivery company do not deliver on a Saturday is a rip off and is not clearly explained on the website. Customer service is like talking on deaf ears.”
