“The lamps arrived in good time. All intact and now installed. I will be purchaing more lamps from this company in near future. The LED lamps are expensive to purchase but running costs are significantly lower than even low energy lamps. The light output is excellent.”

“Good website but it wasn't clear enough when I ordered that the bulbs weren't in stock, after 10 days I called and found this out, then payed extra for next day delivery for when they did come in, but unfortunately, this got overlooked so didn't get sent then either, very helpful when I did speak to them and would definitely still use them again.”

“Customer Service slow at responding. Had a query re returning a couple of bulbs that didn't fit but no response to repeated online customer service help line or to direct emails. Phoned up to get assistance and all sorted. Returned products and refunds sorted. Bought a few LED GU10 bulbs to replace halogens. All delivered quickly and work well, but one already failed and am about to return as per their guarantee as this only lasted about month!”

We are sorry if in this case the returns procedure was not as smooth as expected. Generally speaking we don't have any issues with the products, but, of the thousands of bulbs we sell, we do get some failures, albeit a very tiny amount. “Goods arrived by return of post. Product works well and has a great modern colour tone, that in itself totaly transformed an aged R80 luminaire. From past experiance with Halogen & LED lamps I went for the "Warm White" which is still very white. I would envisage the "Cool White" could be clinical. All in all a great product & service.”
