This was my first order with them and it wasn't a good experience. After placing my order I received an email with my password but not a confirmation email of my order. I waited a few days, nothing happened so I phoned them up to be told my order was probably on its way and that I would get my confirmation email. Again, this didn't arrive. So after yet another couple of days I phone them again to be told exactly the same again, order was shipped and he would send my the confirmation email but this email still didn't arrive so I mistrusted this company by this point and thought I would never see my order arrive. But after well over a week of placing my order I did finally get an email so tell me that my order had been shipped and the goods did arrive in good order. Shame it was a worrying time in-between though.

Didn't deliver when you said you would. Then told us it would be next day and it wasn't it was the next. Considering we paid for next day delivery it took approx 10 days to be delivered. You promised a refund of delivery still not received it.

The ordering process was easy on the internet, the web site was informative and delivery was fairly quick. The lights are very good in our wall lamps and far superior to the original LED's

Initially I was unable to order the bulbs I required on line. For some reason I could not get the specific bulb up on the website so I telephoned the order line and the member of staff was able to identify them and took my order over the phone. Delivery was reasonable quick via Royal Mail.

No idea of dispatch time, it is not mentioned on the site only the delivery timescale and it was very slow to arrive.

Ordered dawn to dust lights at £43 each was sent th wrong lights to start they were not very helpful but once they realised they had send lights that were £23 each they said I could return them I had to ring them again because it wasn't my fault so why should I pay so they sent a free post label let's see how quick they send out the replacements keep you up to date

Very good service from this supplier. Although the item was broken in the post, a replacement was sent after the return of the broken unit, Post was paid for. The replaced light is working and no complaints.

First time I have used this supplier.All aspects of the purchase were easy from Web Site to delivery. Items purchased , LED security lights, are now installed and work well. They are much smaller than my previous halogen lights, therefor not so obtrusive. The light may not be as powerful or bright but more than enough for a good sized garden. If my other halogens give up I would use this supplier again.

I ordered 5 LED spots for my kitchen and each one had failed within weeks - David Sarana dealt with this very effectively and sent replacements which unfortunately have again failed - I sourced spots from another company as was getting fed up sending photos and waiting for replacements to be sent and have requested a refund which they are reluctant to do - they keep wanting to send me further bulbs which I have told them Ii have sourced already and as their bulbs were not fit for purpose and want a refund . I am still waiting and have asked this to be lodged as a customer complaint. Not good service when goods are faulty and they will not refund.

My order was first dispatched to the wrong person, at the wrong address. I then received that persons order, addressed to me. I phoned and was able to get this back in the post to WLED with the freepost address provided by email the next day. A week later and the order arrived. Hurrai. Goods arrived in working order, although the infomation on 4 of the boxes themselves did not match the information online, I was able to use them, and they were bright enough. Finally the '5 YEAR Free warranty' emblazzoned on the website and invoices. Firstly no info or detail of this arrived with the order. No Mention AT ALL in the paperwork, no registration slip to post back no nothing. Noticing the ommision I phoned and waited on the phone to talk to another customer service rep, expecting the order details made electronically to mean registering for a warranty a doodle over the phone even if in this case of repacking my misaddressed returned goods someone had forgot a insert. Wrong, the cust service rep refereed me to the website, and when I mentioned that was where I had gone first and been refered to him, he said to look for a PDF. Most STRANGE. Lastly this warranty is not free nor not automatic. I ordered 6 bulbs so for this nuts company naturally I had to pay 1.20 to print, manually fill in and then 70p to post SIX identical printed paper forms (for each bulb bought) by snail mail to the company, including manually writing in the SKU codes (more complicated to do properly then you think, particularly as the form did not provide the space to fit), sign date and return by post by 2nd class stamp. A Week on and I still do not know when or how I will be notified of whether this 'free' 'five year''warranty' will go through.WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? This may be a underesourced sales operation of a UK Manufacturor, but why this complete incomprehensible level of complexity in the service, fulfilment, conditions and advertising?
