“Still wIting for a call back on the missing endcaps for the aluminium extrusions, I've now called 5 times and despite assurances I'm still waiting. I will try them again today.”

“I ordered 2 outside LED light fittings with sensors. Arrived very quickly, but one was damaged and after contacting the company and returning a photo of the damage I received a replacement more or less by return of post. However, although this part was straight forward they were a bit fiddly in parts to fit and adjust. But nevertheless are working very well.”

“Good product - LED floodlight- well, made, robust has a good feel about it, promptly delivered. BUT - the instructions inside are risible. They are written by somebody with English as a ?third language, and in places are complete nonsense. I suspect they might fail the duty of care the supplier has to provide adequate installation instructions. Of course if somebody would like to offer me money, I am technically-minded, competent in English, and could provide a clear translation :-).”

“Was not told that the item ordered AND PAID FOR was not in stock. Repeatedly told lies as to the progress of order i,e, the item will be sent tomorrow, the item has been despatched, the delay was caused by staff shortages in warehouse, etc, when replying to e-mail enquiries. The only reason I am awarding you one star is that when the phone was eventually answered, your operator Lewis actually told the truth about the progress of the order, and did in fact send the item, nearly a month after the original order. I will NEVER use your company again, and would advise anyone else to avoid you. Your customer care is appalling.”

“Well since you asked...you did horrible: - charged the non EU delivery rate (on your web page it says 3,33 (EU) and 9,99(outside UE) - took more than 2 weeks to deliver (send me this how we did mail 2 days after delivery) - lied about the product (it says 38 beam angle on the web page, 60° on the box when I got it but in reality more than that - 65-70° with my proffessional gear) So yes, I'm dissapointed. I would send the Items back, but have the same problem as in 2013 (18 of arrount 135 ordered bulbs started blinking after 6 months) and that is the astronomical postage fees of the Slovenian post. Matej”
