“Placing of our order on-line was quick and acknowledgement was prompt. Delivery of the goods purchased was as advised in the acknowledgement. In short service was excellent. Installation of 20 of these lights we purchased was delayed by our contractor due various reasons. Therefore, we waited for the installation and when they were installed and the lights were switched on we noted how good these new 3.3 v LED's were - excellent.”

“Great item, properly equivalent to a 60 watt tungsten / filament bulbs in terms of brightness and colour temperature and using only a tenth of the wattage. Actually went into the store and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Site would benefit from being able to select output in lumens and the colour temperature across all the ranges to get an ideal match but otherwise is good and they have a large range of different items.”

“The range of lights and prices are very good. However, I was very disappointed that after carefully choosing the items I needed, ordering them, and paying the additional postage for next day delivery as I required them urgently, I received an email later that evening saying there would be a delay as they were out of stock. I phoned the next morning (Friday) to be told it woul be a 2-3 week delay on delivery. This meant it was then too late for me to order elsewhere for me to get them in time to install over the weekend. Ok, stocks do run out, but is it too much to expect stock availability details to be displayed on the website so people don't waste time and effort on fruitless errands? Order cancelled and items bought elsewhere. Not a good first experience with this company sadly.”
