“I purchased 2 lots of LED strip lights for a 2 flight stairwell with power supply etc. The power supply was faulty but was exchanged by return of post. The staff were very efficient and helpful. I cannot fault the company for sales or service. I would like to have seen the website easier to order individual LED strips with individual lengths of LED and lengths of leads. This would save the problem of having to contact the sales team to order. Bill R South Kesteven”

“Couldn't be worse. Have used them a few times and they have consistently failed to deliver. On 3 separate occasions the product has been sent to the wrong place despite correcting staff on each occasion. Promises which fail to materialise are commonplace and the orders were not even complicated. Still waiting for my current order which was promised for delivery a week ago and every day in between. I will definitely not be using again.”
