“I wish i had been informed that the item i ordered was out of stock at the time of purchase, i would have had the option in going somewhere else instead of having to wait for my order to arrive,and i am due to go on holiday in a week time, god knows when i will receive my order. if you are unable to deliver by the 19th of july, i would like a refund.”

“My only comment is about the packaging of the product. The lamp was delivered in an ordinary thin padded envelope, quite insufficient packaging I thought, knowing the way many carriers treat their packages in transit. However, surprisingly, the lamp worked when I turned it on.”

“Ordering 10 candle bulbs and then receiving only 8 isn't good service. It needed two or three emails for the department to believe me & reluctantly forward 2 more. I have since returned a faulty one & still have n't received a replacement lloyd beaumont Order No. 100031143”
