“Generally satisfied with product and service but disappointed that the "spend between £50 & £100 and receive £10 discount” was not applied to my order - I e-mailed on two separate occasions but did not receive a response. At the time of ordering a 15% discount was also available (MEGA15) but I forgot to put the code into the approprate box :-(”

“Ordered 6 x (12v G4 15 SMD LED Disc 2.1W = 20W Halogen (210 Lumens)). Delivery all good but the didscs are too large to be an effective replacement for the halogen bulbs. I had to modify the fittings to use them at all and was unable to use them at all in other fillings. the product needs to be packaged to be smaller.”

Hi Phil, Thank you for your honest feedback. Unfortunately we don't have much control over the design of the bulbs. At the moment it is quite difficult to manufacture an LED bulb that is both as small as and as bright as a traditional halogen capsule. The components themselves are fairly large and usually several LEDs are required to achieve an equivalent light output. “The LED lights are excellent. The delivery service was poor. I ordered the lights and was promised that they are in stock and will be shipped that day but they were not. I ended up calling daily for 5 days and each day I was promised that they will be shipped that day but failed to do so. When finally they shipped I asked for tracking number but this did not arrive until a few days after receipt of the parcel.”
