“Some Knipex spare parts that I hadn't seen listed elsewhere weren't in stock (understandably) but, allowing for this, the order was completed in reasonable time, I declined the option of split despatch, delivery was then timely and the goods well packaged. Their communication was extremely courteous. The special offer prices were competitive. I have purchased items from White Rose on several occasions previously and will undoubtedly do so again.”
