“Found these very helpful and informative. After being let down by two previous companies. They went above and beyond to make sure we received item with plenty of time knowing it was a Xmas present. Delivery arrived next day even thou we weren’t expecting for a few days. Highly recommend this company and I will using them for all my daughter tools”

“Website glitched and merged my shipping address with billing address, I emailed them remedially after the order was sent explaining and asking them to correct the address . They ignored me posted out anyway and then charged me for the delivery out of my refund once they got the items back . Dispite them selling me they had reshipped to correct address”

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns. We would like to clarify the events surrounding this order, as some details in your message are not accurate. At the time the order was placed, the shipping and billing address were entered as the same address. Our website did not experience a glitch during this transaction. There is the option available to input different billing and shipping addresses. Once the order had already been processed and sent, we received a phone call from you. During this call, we explained that the parcel was already in transit and agreed to wait to see whether delivery would be successful, as the item might still reach you. When the parcel was subsequently returned to us, we contacted you by phone to ask whether you would like the item to be resent to the correct address. We advised that reshipping would incur an additional postage charge (as specified on the Delivery Information page on our website). This option was declined. A refund for the item itself was then issued promptly. However, postage costs could not be refunded, as we had already paid for the original delivery. In addition we were also incurred a further charge for the return postage costs once the item was sent back to us. We aim to be transparent and fair in all transactions and regret any inconvenience caused. If you require any further clarification, please feel free to contact us directly.
