“Ordered a welder came within the time stated very quick delivery just before the bank holiday , the only problem was with the delivery driver who left it with a neighbour but didn’t leave a card to say where it was delivered so when I had a message saying it had been delivered I had no idea where it was and at over £600 I had a bit of a panic had to check security cameras to see where it was !!!”

“I purchased a towable spreader and on the day of arrival found a larger capacity unit at a much lower price via agrigem site "ATV Towable 80kg Spreader". I queried this with customer service. The unit looks identical but they advised as it was not thier brand they are not interested. I paid a higher price for a smaller unit but will be the last purchase I ever make with white rose tools.”
