“They delivered quickly and it was packaged well, however the small torque wrench itself is not good, I bought it to change a rocker cover gasket, when torquing the bolts back up you can’t hear the click and get no feedback from it so subsequently snapped a bolt”

“Sent faulty product, still waiting to be fully resolved. But it is being sorted out. Quick delivery from ordering. Several days waiting for battery to be collected and replaced?”

“Quick delivery and great price. Unfortunately the tool (a simple 1/4” router bit) wasn’t up to much and the bearing on it gave up pretty quickly. Not White Rose Tools fault but not great nonetheless.”

“Items are fine, prices are fine but delivery is too slow. Most online suppliers deliver in two days and a lot are now next day delivery.”

“Speed of delivery was excellent, product very disappointing. We bought 2 short handled shovels which arrived promptly. One snapped the first time it was used and was therefore not fit for purpose.”

“The reviews were very good for Kingspor. I am not ready to sand my solid oak kitchen doors as the shower needs to be resealed first. I will review them soon.”
