“Good branded products at a good price! Great delivery Service? Haven’t needed Customer Services and hopefully I won’t! I have only had a couple of orders so far the first via Amazon so longevity of satisfaction is yet to be tested but all seems well at present? It’s good to support a small business as opposed to a Mega Corporation? Just a thought?”

“The tool box arrived very promptly and looks very good. The only disappointment was the large picture and description on the outside of the box. My husband took delivery as I was out and this was meant to be a surprise birthday present.”

“The set of Draper router bits was a really good price and despatched very quickly. The only point I would make is that you may want to ensure all the bits are securely fixed in the box for delivery as they became loose in the box in transit and therefore as they have no identification on the bits you had to work out which matched up with the labelling in the box”
