“The service was good, speedy and staff were helpful and polite. It would have been difficult to pack the wheelchair on my own, but I did not ask the staff for help, I believe they would have if I asked as their so polite and helpful”

“Very good service,the wheelchair arrived on time and was collected as arranged,each time I have contacted the office I have found the staff helpful and efficient.The wheelchair itself was a little heavier than I expected but I’m not as strong as I was and struggled a bit getting it in and out of the car but once it was I found it easy to use and manoeuvre,overall I would recommend Wheelfreedom and if we needed one again I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.”

“I found all staff at wheelfreedom to be very friendly. The delivery of my wheelchair was prompt and arrived when I expected. The wheelchair was clean and in excellent working order. It is so good to know I can rely on Wheelfreedom to deliver at short notice when I need further wheelchair support.”

“very quick and easy to hire a wheel chair. Chair was delivered next working day and was in perfect condition. we only used once, absolutely fine and definitely recommend.”

“Very good service and excellent basically brand new wheel chair. Delivery and collection all went smoothly albeit the charge us quite expensive. I only needed the chair for a few days but the minimum hire was for two weeks. Should reduce the minimum time to a week. I would recommend them if you want to hire for a longer period but for a few days I would look locally next time. Can’t fault the service though it’s was perfect.”

“It was good to be able to visit the showroom and have the scooters demonstrated by Kelly who was really good and very helpful,asked the right questions and worked out what we needed and I tried them out and even worked out how we would get it in the car,we purchased our scooter there and then took one home that same day,great service and a very efficient and friendly staff and Kelly especially.”

“The wheelchair arrived very promptly and was a godsend as we had to move Mum around as an emergency for hospital appointments etc. She has now had an assessment and has her own chair, and Wheelfreedom were equally prompt in collecting their chair and terminating the financial agreement. We needed a part for the chair while we had it and this was sent to us straight away. I would recommend this service, people were lovely and helpful, and the service efficient.”

“The wheelchair was received quickly and was clean and well packaged. Full insurance for taking the wheelchair abroad was included, it was easily folded and lightweight and was very useful. The wheelchair was collected quickly when we returned from our holiday. It might be helpful to have optional extras included such as a waterproof cover or wheelchair bag.”

“Service was great . Delivery was very punctual. However I wished to rent the smaller version of the scooter. This model was a bit bulky.”

“Prompt service and reliable wheelchair. Felt delivery charge and a minimum 2 week use charge was a little excessive but happy insurance and coverage aboad was included. Friendly staff over the phone and website was easy to use.”
