“Children enjoyed the singing and dancing. Lots of interaction expected- which ensure children and adults were involved and entertained throughout! Great to incorporate children in the show. Both performers worked extremely hard. Thank you.”

“It was a brilliant show. They turned up exactly on time and took just a short while to prepare as promised. They performed two shows one before break for KS1 and one after break for KS2 and both shows were very well received by both children and adults. Their energy and professionalism was outstanding for both shows even with just a short half hour break. We would very much recommend West End panto shows to any Primary school as the children were in awe for the entire performance. Well done and thank you so much for an unforgettable end of term show.”

“The actors were on time, very pleasant and set up quickly. I was quite surprised that there were only 2 actors as, in the past, we have always had at least 4 or 5 actors performing for us. The actors told the story well, sang beautifully and the majority of children were engaged. Both performances lasted an hour or just over. I think this is too long for the younger children to sit still even if they got them to stand up at points to join in the songs. The story of Scrooge is not the most upbeat either and at times it was quite sad (not your usual pantomime performance). I also only recall one 'he's behind you' moment and one 'oh yes it is'...it was possibly my fault for choosing this show but I was hoping for a pantomime dame, lots of audience participation, upbeat songs and more actors for our money! I had similar feedback from my colleagues. We felt the performers were very professional but it was too long and not a pantomime as we know it.”

“Children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the pantomime. The actors could sing and dance and really had the children very involved in the story line. The children had to join in singing a song whilst doing the actions - a great success. As well as calling out "yes, he is" and "he's behind you". A wonderful end to the Christmas term.”

“Very good show, held attention of boy-heavy group who were weary at end of term. Excellent performance by 2 actors, creative use of puppet to provide extra character. Two minor points. Any possibility of lights to enhance atmosphere? We used lights for our own productions the week before. I understand neutral clothes required for playing 2 characters, but Aladdin's trackie bottoms looked a bit sad compared with his princesses. But those are minor quibbles following a very enjoyable and engaging show.”

“What an amazing performance! How two actors can transform a regular school hall into ye olde London using just imagination is fantastic. The children were simply enchanted by the whole performance and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The actors singing and dancing was wonderful and the whole thing was as engaging as it was fun! Thanks again West End we can't wait to see you in the new year.”

“The whole school had an amazing time. I was privileged to watch one of the performances and it was great to see our youngest nursery children aged 3 and our oldest year 6 children aged 11 all enjoy themselves. They were captivated”

“Our 540 children really enjoyed the performances, even the 'too cool' Year 6's. The two actors really engaged the audience and were very aware of the subtle differences needed to involve and maintain the interest of the different aged children. Highly recommended.”
