I had a great experience at Wed2B Exeter. The sales assistant was really helpful and friendly and helped with advising on styles and with the dress fittings. The only slight downside was that I was offered a bridal robe as part of the storage package and when I later reviewed the receipt I had been charged for this as well as for the storage bags and coat hangers - this could have been made clearer during the purchase that there were on costs for these items. Aside from that it was a great experience!

Another great visit to the Manchester Wed2b store. Chloe who assisted us was very attentive and knowledgeable. Although I didn’t find my wedding dress on this trip. We were able to choose 4 beautiful bridesmaid dresses. Only slight downside was the availability of the sage green colour to try however they were able to try every style in a different colour and find the one perfect for each of them.

Super dat je gewoon binnen kunt wandelen wanneer je wilt zonder afspraak! Je wordt hartelijk ontvangen en er wordt duidelijk geluisterd naar jou wensen. Daarna op een fijne rustige manier allerlei jurken gepast met duidelijke uitleg welke veranderingen gemaakt kunnen worden! Al met al een hele fijne en goede ervaring!

Prachtige jurken! Fantastische dames! Maar jammer dat er bij de kassa van alles door je strot wordt geduwd. De doos, zak ed hoorde bij de pakkage deal van de jurk maar viel ineens een stukje duurder uit. Ga je met vrienden en fam heen. Zorg voor je eigen drankjes ed. Er is alleen water…

Everyone working in the shop was so friendly and eager to help. Laverne was amazing at helping me pick my dress. She made me feel very comfortable and was very patient, letting me try the same dresses on several times until I was sure which was my favourite! I’m so excited to wear my dress, particularly as it didn’t break the bank!

I arrived at the store with my bridal party and it was closed due to unforseen circumstances which I totally understand so contacted the live chat and they assured me they would be open the next Saturday instead. So I tried again. When we got to the store we were checked in and told their would be a 2 hour wait and that we could pick 4 dresses to start off. We selected some dresses and came back to the store after getting a coffee during the wait time. I had chosen more than 4 dresses and put them on my rail to try and was told I couldn't do this and would have to only pick 4 and if I wanted to try more I would need to come back and rejoin the queue. We interpreted 4 as a minimum guide to get a feel for the different dresses not that I could only try a total of 4. I think waiting 2 hours to try 4 dresses is a bit tight. I think taking care of the ladies who come to store and wait by letting them try more would be better and would make them feel more special. Anyway the dress fitter was lovely and very personable. I highly recommend Kelly she made me feel like I was chatting to a friend and felt totally at ease. I found my dress! So thank you!

After arriving at the Bristol store, we were told that due to the number of brides waiting to be seen, we needed to come back in about 2 hours - this was fine as we went and grabbed some lunch. When we arrived back at the store at the time specified, we had another 45-minute wait before being "called in" for our session. I was allowed to pick 4 dresses only (which was near impossible!) and if I didnt like any of those and wanted to try more, I'd have to rejoin the queue, at which point there were 4 or 5 ladies still waiting for their turn. I was feeling a bit sad at this point, as it wasn't turning out to be the lovely experience I had envisaged in my head when choosing my dress. However, once I was in the changing room, Eve made me feel a million dollars and stunning in each of the dresses I tried on. I luckily found my dress within the 4 I originally picked and I can't be anymore in love with it. Thank you Eve!!

Halima who assisted with fitting my dress was amazing. She seemed very experienced and gave me advice on accessories, made me feel comfortable when trying on dresses and was really friendly. I managed to find everything I needed within the store, i purchased a dress, hair piece, belt and jacket all in one day! The only downside to the experience was that there was a limit to trying on dresses. I was only able to try on 4 dresses because it was busy. I feel like it makes you feel rushed into making a decision and you could have brides that then go away unhappy or they could change their minds. Luckily for me the second dress I tried on was the one. It would have been nice to have a bit more time to rule out some other styles of dresses. When you are spending nearly £1000 in a store it would have been nice to give as much time as needed. This is no reflection on the staff as I know this wouldn't have been them making this decision, they were great!

wed2b Bristol kim 💖😍 Kim was really lovely and put me at ease when trying on dresses. I ended up going with her wildcard dress which was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because we had to wait an hour to try the dresses on as a different member of staff was running late.
