“We werden van het begin tot het einde goed begeleid. Zowel ikzelf als bruid, maar ook mijn familie. Ze hadden meteen door waar ik naar op zoek was. Er werd niet aangedrongen, je mag eerlijk je mening geven en hier word ook naar geluisterd. Hier hebben we een totaalbeleving ervaren.”

“We had a lovely experience, all the staff were very friendly and my lady Amy was fab. The only downside is the fact that you are walk ins only and don't make appointments. I saw people being turned away at 1:30pm because you were full and if your family/friends have taken the day off work to come down it would have ended up being a wasted trip. I think being able to book would make the process run so much smoother”

“Laury was fantastic. So lovely and helpful. Didnt make me feel like my indecisivness was hassle at all. My only feedback would there needs to be more options in the larger sizes”

“Julie was very patient. I’m not the girliest of brides and the whole wedding dress shopping frankly gives me nightmares, but, Julie was very patient with me. She deserves a medal for putting up with tantrums. Overall a nice experience. My mother and daughters loved it, I found the dress so all in all a successful trip”

“Ik heb vandaag mijn eerste passessie gehad. Ik ben heel prettig geholpen door Mieke. Er was geen druk om ter plekke een keuze te maken terwijl ik er nog niet over uit was. Ze nam goed de tijd om mee te denken en tips te geven. Het was een fijne ervaring.”

“It was a shame that when we arrived, we were told that we had to go away and wait for 2.5 hours. This was fine, but I was worried we would wait for 2.5 hours and still not be seen as they would not take any details from me, nor give me an exact time. Luckily, when we returned after 2.5 hours we were able to be seen, although they did seem a bit apprehensive about whether they could actually fit me in! Luckily they did as I had booked the day off work. The lady listened to what style I wanted, and I walked away with a beautiful dress. It would have been helpful to be told that the bridal belt was optional, and to also be asked whether I wanted it/wanted to try the dress without, as I felt obliged to take it. Since then, I have returned the belt as I felt the dress was perfect without it. Very pleased with my dress.”

“Went to the Northampton store today. Katy was lovely, so helpful, efficient and experienced. She really helped me decide what style looked best by allowing me to elimate particular styles. I knew if I didn't try on the particular dresses such as princess, mermaid, A-line etc. I would always be wondering if something else suited me better. The assistant manager seemed a bit off and critical with staff. My family and friends who came with me said she seemed very negative and moody. It didn't affect my experience, Katy is an asset to the store and knew exactly what suited me. Prices are so much better here!”

“Edith was my server for the session and was lovely and helpful. Explained everything I needed to know, went through my Wed2b wishlist i made online to pick out what they had in store that I liked. Trying on was easy and my entourage were sat in a spacious comfy area whilst i was trying on. I had my bridesmaids pick out dresses for me to try and it was no trouble getting other dresses to compare what i liked and didn't like. It was a little disappointing they didn't have all the styles i like to try on in a sample size like a traditional wedding shop, as all three of my favourites were not in store in my size. We did find alternatives and one i took home on the day, so not terrible, but didn't understand that before coming into the shop. My only real gripe and why i can't give 5 stars is when expecting the dress for flaws , there was a make up mark on the inside and pull in the lace, my bridesmaid was made to feel uncomfortable for pointing these out. Granted these dresses are at a lower price point than usual shops, but if you are expected to take the dress you try on home with you then they should be in near perfect condition. I shouldn't have to now pay for dry cleaning pre wedding on top of the dress itself. My bridesmaids also tried on dresses, which i wasn't expecting to do on the day, bit they also had a lovely time doing so and we may purchase their dresses from their also. The range of colours and styles are great for all shapes and sizes.”

“On entering the Bournemouth store the welcome was brilliant. The lady I then spoke to about dresses came across a bit harsh at first but as we got talking things soon eased off and she was very helpful. It is very obvious you’re staff subtly try and upswell items with the dresses which I can understand but I don’t think it’s right to have a great experience and find a dress to then get told you need to buy the care package. The protection box should be free when buying a wedding dress. It is a luxury product/purchase regardless of price. The other extra items if wanted I understand adding an extra cost but you have to take the dress away in something so have no choice but to pay for the box/bag and that left a bit of a bad vibe for me.”

“De verkoopster was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ik mocht verschillende jurken passen. Er werd goed omgegaan met hygiene om de jurken mooi te houden. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Jammer dat er geen speciale pasmodellen zijn. De jurk die je aan hebt, neem je ook mee. Daarnaast miste ik een stukje advies.”
