Browse & try on as many dresses as you wish without the need to book in advance & once you find the one you can purchase your dress on the day to take home. With dresses £699 and under (Excluding Platinum Edition) we are proud to offer beautiful and exclusive wedding dresses without the luxury price tag. “Heel vriendelijke service, waarbij er voldoende tijd genomen wordt om je verder te helpen. Vriendelijke persoonlijke begeleiding waarbij alles volgens je eigen vraag kan gebeuren. Heb verschillende kleden mogen passen met accessoires. Ben heel blij dat ik hier mijn trouwkleed heb kunnen kopen!”

“Took four friends with me to try on the dress I had ordered. Even though you don’t need an appointment I called a couple of days before to let them know what time we were coming. We were all so excited to see the dress and were making an evening of it with dinner after. So when we arrived and walked into a dark empty shop to be told they couldn’t find me on the system and that we couldn’t use the loo after a 1.5 hour journey - not even the staff one and couldn’t open our Prosecco which we had brought along with plastic champagne glasses, it was all very deflating. With the shop being empty it would have been lovely to be greeted by staff that were expecting us and had the dress ready but there had been no communication. However, the beauty of the dress made up for the big let down and Kirsty who helped me into my dress could not have been more enthusiastic and friendly and did her level best to help as much as she could. She is the reason for 4 stars instead of 2. This was all topped off with a charge of £5.99 for a coat hanger and £12 for a bag to carry my dress home in. If it hadn’t been for this strange arrangement, we had all seen various accessories that we would have purchased such as ties and cuff links for the ushers and hair combs for the bridesmaids. Even primark give you a free bag and coat hanger! If I had been told I could have brought a suit bag from home I have so many. It was not at all the experience it should have been and were expecting. In no way do we blame the staff left in charge. It was all down to poor management, poor marketing and poor training. Such a shame.”

We can appreciate you may wish to celebrate finding your dream dress with your loved ones, however we are unable to allow alcohol on the retail premises, as we do not hold an alcohol licence for our store across UK and Ireland I am afraid. We can also confirm that all storage items and accessories are all chargeable items, and can be found on your receipt individually listed. “I came into store in March. Yasmin yeah was my assistant she was lovely made me feel really comfortable and really welcome. Today I came back into the store and Izzy helped me she was also truly lovely really helpful. The supervisor or manager on shift however was blunt, rude and unwelcoming. Having never brought from a bridal shop before I found her answers to my questions short and frustrated. She also repeatedly called me darling which I did not like.”
