“eigenlijk was mijn ervaring in de winkel geweldig en ik krijg mijn droomjurk, maar er waren wat aanpassingen en maten meer passend maken, het meisje in de winkel raadde het Atelier Wenange aan, de kleermaker was erg agressief, niet behulpzaam, ze vertelde me dat de jurk is maar voor 1000 euro, dat is een goedkope jurk, de stof zal niet zijn zoals de jurken die 5000 euro kosten, eigenlijk stelde ze me teleur en voel ik me niet op mijn gemak bij mijn onkruidjurk, de kleermaker was de slechtste ervaring, de jurk was niet zoals ik dacht en ze vertelde me dat ze niet meer kan doen of iets kan aanpassen omdat ze geen tijd heeft. ze maakt me echt aan het huilen. Ik raad we2b aan, maar Atelier Wenange niet.”

“Dankzij het "aandringen" van de winkelmedewerkster tóch de jurk aangedaan die als eerste afviel voor ons. Het was de 1e keuze jurk maar leek in het echt toch wat heftiger te glimmen dan we op de site zagen. Toch gepast en Yes! gezegd tegen de prachtige dress”

“Great service although the place was really hot. Good selection of dresses but a little frustrating that you could only choose 4 to try on. Lighting in the fitting rooms not very flattering.”

“I visited the shop twice with my bridesmaids and once to collect the dresses. The first visit was good and the service was attentive. The second visit we did feel a little bit like we were just left to our own devices with not much help/check in from the staff. Also on both visits the display dresses were in pretty bad shape - a lot of the eyelets were broken on the dresses and even a few zips. On one occasion one of us actually got stuck in the dress which nearly ended in the manager cutting us out due to the zip breaking - luckily it was resolved before we got to that. The dresses when they arrived were pristine and were exactly why I shopped with Wed2B - my only comment on quality was that when trying the dresses on for the first time at home one of the eyelet hooks broke again; which appears to be a common theme. Repairable but shouldn't really be happening on the first try especially at £100 a dress. A slight note which I was a little bit disappointed with was having to pay £10 for a dress bag when I'd just paid over £500 for 5 dresses and the rain outside would not have left the cardboard hangers on the top of the dresses usuable. Ultimately in the scheme of things it's not the end of the world but I would've expected that a bag would be included with the cost of the dresses rather than just a thin plastic covering and cardboard hanger. Overall I'm very satisified with the dresses themselves but I think maybe a small touches would have made the experience slightly better.”

“I definitely feel like it was fate that I got Natasha to help me to find my dress. I couldn’t ask for better for her and would absolutely give her 5 stars. She was so patient with me, giving me more time than I would have gotten in the other place I have an appointment booked (which I won’t go to now as I bought my dress!). She really got to know me and what I would and wouldn’t like, letting me know when something wasn’t best for me. I have bad anxiety and she was so good at supporting me through what was the big anxiety inducing part of wedding planning. As someone curvy I really appreciated being matched with a fitter who understood my body. I also am overall so impressed with the whole experience at wed2b. I loved that there was a big range of dresses in my wedding dress size (20) and it didn’t remotely feel like an outlet experience. But the outlet prices are amazing - we didn’t know the price of my dress until after I said yes and my mum was expecting £3K+. To only pay £799 for what is clearly a more expensive dress was amazing, I was a bit worried about my parents paying several thousands for a dress and feel so much better now knowing the price was so much more manageable. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is I think some improvements could be made between the advertising and the experience. On the website it very much makes it sound like you can try as many dresses as you like, and I was told the same when I arrived. However Natasha let me know that after my 4 dresses I would have had to go to the back of the queue and might not have had her. The queue we estimated was about 3 hours long. If I had known this I’d have spent more time picking out my initial 4 as I felt I didn’t have a lot of time to do this and was a bit flippant in my decisions as I was expecting to be able to get more than 4 which is ultimately why I actually came to wed2b, because the other place I had an appointment would only give me an hour and I felt I was going to feel rushed. This was my first dress experience so I wanted a range of dresses, had I known I couldn’t have that I’d have been more choosey. When we signed out I heard a new customer being told they could choose as many as they liked too and I just feel this is not how it actually works. I also think we were very lucky to arrive early because it meant we got straight in, whereas other people were waiting a really long time and our experience was so much better because we got in straight away, so this is the downside of a no appointment system.”

“Great service in the rotherham branch, got my wedding dress ordered to store as it wasnt in theres but was heart broken on my wedding day when i put my dress on and the stitching had some away, wouldnt expect that with the amount of money i paid”
