“Excellent service by WeBuyBooks but Hermes pick up was awful. Many failed appointments and a rude and impatient driver when he eventually came That’s why I scored 4 instead of 5”

“Have been waiting since 13th August for books to be collected by Hemes. WeBuyBooks books staff very helpful but need to look into the lack of communication from Hermes.”

“It's a good service but in recent months the DVDs intake has been poor with only managing to get maybe 6-8 DVDs uplifted. Bur, on the whole, it's still a good service.”

“Simple system - I had quite a few books - unfortunately when I came to hit the sell button after loading them all up - it did not work - and lost it all.. I had to start again - and the second time around some books were no-longer wanted.. Also - heads up - you need the right shape boxes to make two labels work.. especially if the books are differing sizes. It would also help if an email came stating the offered price at point of sale. I received a mail stating books received - and another saying payment made - had to go and check bank account to see what I had been given - which did not exactly match the sale price..”

“Booked for the packaged to be picked up twice. Both times no one came to pick it up. Then switched to drop off and all went through swimmingly. Never had any problems when dropping it off to a shop in the past.”

“Very quick and easy to use. I recommend finding boxes first and packing as you scan, this Recommendation would have made it even easier. I would definitely use again and have already recommended the app to someone else”

“it is an easy site to use it is let down by the chat line which is useless no help what so ever. and it is very hard to get you to accept £5 worth of books this should be lowered to ten books.”
