“Great to be able to reach a knowledgeable person on the phone and talk about - in this case trellis - the product that you are thinking of buying but are anxious because you cannot actually see it and you are spending 100's of pounds. The Trellis is perfect and delivery of even this bulky item only took two days by the courier. All very efficient and thank you. London resident”

“We have made two orders to to this site for various trellis panels and fence posts. All products arrived well packed in bubble wrap . Just one willow panel had a piece of framing willow missing which I was able to repair very quickly with a piece of willow I already had in my shed. The Hidcote trellis panels, rebated with proper corner joints, are particularly good quality. All products are treated to last for 15 years, unlike the 10 year guarantee you get with other suppliers whose products are merely dip treated. The first order arrived late as items were found to be out of stock so -as I did with my second order- I would ring to check availability. The second order arrived in just I two days after ordering. A text message from the City Link couriers kept us informed so the fact that there is no order tracking with this site is not really an issue. I will be more than happy to make further orders from this site in the future.”
