The first order I put in was incorrectly processed and the wrong item was delivered. The item I originally ordered was finally delivered but within a couple of uses (Wilkinson hedge cutters) the product failed to work properly and is now of no use. I am beyond angry and have given up. I will not use Webbs again.

Ordered a large Premier 2.1m Red,Blue and White Pyramid Tree. My order was taken and I received confirmation of my order. When I didn't hear anymore I rang to check. They said they would look into it. Two days later I received an Email to say that the product was out of stock and I would receive my refund in about 3/4 days. I check Webbs site and could not believe that they were still offering this product as in stocking and taking my oder which I then deleted.Is this a way of taking your money and holding on two it. I received an email from someone called Julie telling me to refresh my browser which I did and it still said it was in stock. Will definitely not use this site again.

We popped in for a coffee, didn’t know it was table service. We waited 15 minutes and asked if someone could take our order. We waited another 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. It wasn’t very busy, I asked a waitress why we can’t order at the counter, her abrupt reply was it’s since Covid. Awful service, a lot of people were complaining. Please change this, otherwise you will be losing a lot of trade.

Called into Webbs cCheltenham for lunch today and whilst my husbands fish and chips were nice he said. My Turkey sandwich which was over £10 with VAT was a rip off no choice of bread only white tasteless cheap bread, no butter on either slice so quite dry. Turkey only covered about half a slice of bread bit of stuffing and bit of cranberry sauce. My husband has had a lot of health issues and this was a treat, as pensioners rarely have cooked meal out so didn’t want to complain and spoil it for him but felt we were really ripped off with this sandwich. Since when do you not have butter in A sandwich, why no choice of bread, and not enough Turkey for a complete sandwich, if I had wanted half a dry sandwich I would have said. Will not be returning there again.

I love Webb’s but tonight I lost the will to live🥺. I decided to order 400 twinkle lights for my tree. These lights are ideal for people who people who like sudoku or work in bomb disposal😳. To say they’re difficult to unravel is an underestimate. Comparable only to trying to escape maze wearing a crash helmet backwards while being followed the philharmonic orchestra. These are not nights they’re a family puzzle for Christmas Day. These should be used instead of custodial sentences for criminals, solitary confinement is an easier option. I will not be defeated there is an end and I will find you before summer

I have shopped off you before and never had a problem until now I have sent you three messages with video and photos and I have not got a message back then I get this rate how well we're doing as you can imagine not very happy at all as this is a very difficult Christmas for family you obviously have my email so you should obviously have the details of what I sent to you you would like to hear back about that the broken items Claire

Ordered and paid for garden furniture in March in readiness for summer (with an expected delivery date of mid-May) unfortunately still waiting for delivery! Numerous calls and emails and still no delivery date - after 5 months of waiting it’s a test of anyone’s patience! Builders build houses in less time… Webbs may be great at everything else but delivering furniture in line with customer expectations falls rather short.

I never thought I would have to write a negative review about such a reputable company such as Webb’s, but find I have no choice. We ordered a set of garden furniture back on 2nd March 2021. We were asked to pay in full on that date, having initially been told we would have our furniture delivered in April. This was changed to May which we accepted. Having made further 5 calls into Webb’s as of 17th June, we still don’t have a delivery date, we were advised by a member of staff in the leisure dept, they would speak to a manager on our behalf re compensation.and get back to us this week. It is now Thursday evening and still no response. To add to our frustration a family member who is aware of our order, ordered the same suite of garden furniture approx 1 month after our order had been placed. Our family member is taking delivery of same furniture this coming Tuesday! I am appalled by the lack of concern & communication, they have had our money since the beginning of March! Where do I Start 1.if I could give no stars I would,2 communication absolutely appalling,3 delivery not 3days as stated more like 10. 4 box turns up with £2000 corner sofa & the box looks like it fell off the back of a lorry.5 was not surprised to find sofa damage in a number Of places.6 also parts missing Which make me think I have someone’s used corner sofa not new as sold on site. 7 also the cushion on the one sofa looks like it come from a soft play area at some kids play centre. I Could go on as there’s more this was supposed to be my wife’s 50 birthday present how disappointing very disappointing if I lived local I would drop it back off myself I’m f****ing furious. I’m in the process of talking to A friend from trading standards. Before I finish I can not add photos either as I don’t support iPhone photos.

Package was ripped (and it was packed with other things in a fair sized box so it must have been in that condition when it was put in the box) I telephoned Webbs, explained the problem, they said they would get it changed. They did not. I telephoned again, got the same person on the telephone, so he was already aware of my problem and he said he would look into it and get back to me. He has not. I will try again today....they say ''third time lucky''. It would not matter one hoot about the packaging if it was for myself, as the product itself is not damaged. However, it is for a requested Christmas present so needs to be presentable. And presentable it certainly is not. Very disappointed in the response from Webbs. Am keeping fingers crossed hoping they will sort this problem out very soon.

Too big to care. We visited Webbs in mid July and saw a gorgeous garden hanging cocoon chair. We asked if we could buy one, to be told they were out of stock. We asked if we could buy the one on display, to be told in a patronising way, that no we could not because they had a large amount of stock coming in and how would they be able to sell that stock without having one on display for people to look at. I asked why they couldn't take one out of the stock coming in to put on display. She refused this also. She had a half-smirk on her face and was adamant that we were not going to buy the one on display. I asked if she would check with her manager, which she duly did, whilst telling me, she knew exactly what her manager would say. How rude and how narrow-minded can a big company be? Well they've missed out on our £499. We found exactly what we wanted from Highfield Garden World, where the staff were helpful and most pleasant. So, needless to say, we will not be in a hurry to visit Webbs again.

Delivery did not turn up to very late in the afternoon and no phone call or message for hour delivery slot very disappointed from a lovely company like webbs u have been let down

Ordered some garden furniture and had the money taken out of my account. Have now been told that they don't have the furniture and I'll get my money back in two or three days. Webbs seems to think that this is acceptable. It isn't.
