“I ordered 3 items (3 different coloured metal watering cans). You only had two and sent me a refund for the 3rd. I would have preferred an email saying "did I want a different colour to replace the non-available colour" because if I want to order the 3rd watering can in a different colour, I will have to pay another postage fee. The watering cans that did arrive were lovely and just what I wanted and your catalogue was easy to look through and ordering was fine.”

“Our order was delivered very quickly and the package was placed where we asked it to be, so the postman didn't have to bother our neighbours when he found we weren't at home. It is very rare that this happens.”

“Liked the website which, having looked at quite a few others for roses, was manifestly the clearest. Very satisfied with ordering process which was clear and simple. Delivery was on time as promised and the roses were well packed and in the best of condition.”

“I ordered special disabled gardening tools on Thursday 29/05/2014 and received them on Monday 2/06/2014 at 8.30am. I also received a text on Saturday to notify me the delivery details. I found the website really easy to use to, as I have been trying to find these type of tools for well over a year. I am a very happy woman now because while I will never be able to do everything myself. I can do a great deal more now, the way I want it.”
