“I was messaged and told my delivery would arrive today, Sunday between 14.00 and 15.00hrs. I have not ventured from my home and was totally amazed when I received a message to tell me that the driver had been unable to deliver my parcel. He hadn't even tried!!!! I then got a message to say that the parcel would be delivered tomorrow, when in the morning I shall be at work. Most dissatisfied with this service and even more so as the driver lied!”

“Ordered a Ryeford Garden Arch. Delivered on time but what a terrible product. Wood badly split and despite sending 3 emails to ask for replacement parts - no response”

“Webbs Direct offered a great deal on an excellent quality garden arch. The item was easy to buy online via the Webbs website and carriage costs were very reasonable considering the size and weight of the delivery. We were kept informed of the delivery ETA and the item was delivered within the time period promised. Excellent item, great price and great service. We will definitely bookmark the Webbs site and look there first in future for any garden products.”

“The Pre-lit Christmas tree was far more beautiful than the photograph. Delivery was excellent and the price was far, far less than at my local garden centre. Well done Webbs.”
