“A disappointing experience. I purchased a colony of bumblebees online, and paid extra for delivery by courier. A small box was delivered a few days later, but all that was inside was a small cardboard wallet containing a voucher for me to use to order the actual bee colony from Agralan UK! I have purchased bumblebee colonies from Agralan via other outlets in the past, but those suppliers always made it clear that what I was purchasing was an Agralan voucher. In those cases, once I had completed the order, I was then sent the voucher code via email, thus avoiding unnecessary delay, excessive packaging and unnecessary delivery charges. Very poor service.”
