“Still haven't been paid for my car yet at 12.21 pm the following day from 15.10 appointment. Not happy I had to pay over £24 to have a quick payment sent to me so left my car without a payment from you NOT HAPPY AT ALL. You need to sort out payments quicker especially when customer pays extra for faster payments. Please investigate why I haven't been paid yet at 12.25 pm the following day especially having to pay extra for supposedly quick payment and leave my car with you without getting paid for it. I can see that my old car is being worked on right now but you still haven't settled your debt to me.”

“A little nervous from reading some previous reviews, and a little surprised a the cost of small chip and dent, nevertheless the whole process was fair and painless; the final price was reasonable and the payment was effected very efficiently. Neil the agent was welcoming, friendly and helpful which made the whole transaction a pleasant experience.”

“My appointment for a vehicle check was cancelled due to the computer system not working so took the opportunity to call the next day, the young lady I spoke with said she could do it there and then thus she did, she was very efficient and pleasant, and we agreed on terms and I left happy. “I went along to the Blackpool branch with some trepidation thinking I might be offered far less than the valuation I received by email. On the contrary, the sales assistant was polite, friendly and very quickly made me an offer very close to the valuation. He even offered to get me a taxi to take me to Blackpool Station. The sale proceeds will be in my account within 4 days.”
