“You’ve got to feel for the guys sat in front of you buying the car They get the raw end of the deal 100% Everything requires managers approval and their managers are NEVER available for authorisation details Yet their sat in front you embarrassed and knowing that their job is to knock down the price And please don’t say that’s not part of their job. Because they get bonuses for down grading a car”
