Our simple three step process provides our customers with a quick, easy, safe and convenient way of selling their car. “My appointment was booked for the Hinckley branch at 10.10am 11th May, your employee did not turn up to the branch until 10.45, no apology for being late. Due to no internet he couldn’t do carry out the appointment what else could go wrong. I then had to go to the Nuneaton branch and I must say your employee there was very professional. Has a company you do need to supply your employee’s with better internet connection. My score is based on the Nuneaton branch not the Hinckley.”
