“Excellent service from start to finish. Arranged appointment online in the evening to have my car assessed the next morning, received a courtesy call prior to the visit and everything went very smooth. I was even offered more than the online valuation as I had made an error on the form and told them the car had a previous owner, when actually I was the first owner. The offer was way in excess of what dealers had offered. Brilliant experience and thank you for everything”

“First offer over the internet was decent but unfortunately the person looking at the car when I presented it to sell, did everything in his power to knock the price down from the original price quoted, knocking £500 off the original price to pay for a re spray for two tiny stone chips on the bonnet and a small red mark on the passenger front door, that just needed polishing out all three were barely visible, a week or so later I saw the car on a garage forecourt in Bristol for sale and the stone chips and tiny red mark were still there, a salesman came over thinking I was interested in buying the car, when I pointed out the marks he said (what do you expect it’s a used car) pity we buy any car hadn’t thought of that when they appraised it, instead of knocking the valuation down by £500 of with no intention of repainting the marks. Needless to say I won’t be using them again.”
