Misleading quotes given on line because when you go to trade car in they start to knock lots of money off plus cost another £100 in admin and bank transfer fees

Very poor customer service, very disappointed the quote I got online I didn't get that hence they always try to cut £500 of the original price. I had immaculate car but he still knocked off £500 which was unnecessary. Over 2 small stone chip guy knocked off £430 come on be realistic. With £430 u can do the 2 panels fully resprayed. Goin to leave bad reviews on ur site and on Google thank u so much

When 50% of original valuation is offered due to one small bit of rust on a 18 year old car, then it feels like a rip off, also having to pay for your money if you want it before four days, joke in this day and age.

Staff very helpful but would have liked closer to the market value for my vehicle. I was unable to specify in more detail the internal damage, resulting in the valuation being drastically reduced for a small tear along the seam of the seat.

Because the value of my car dropped by £400 and the salesman just kept saying the car is 13 years old! Which you knew when you valued it online! Not happy as my photo was taken with my driving licence and the salesman couldn't confirm where this photo would be stored and for how long! It's on his iPad!

Was expecting you to try and knock me down on prize even after informing you of the damage and being honest. Your employee stated he needed to speak to his manager but never left and managed to renegotiate the price within 10 secounds
