“This was my first experience of using WBAC. It was easy to arrange an appointment and to undertake the transaction. However, afterwards, I realise I should have prepared better. Questions to ask such as, claiming backroad fund tax, completing the V5 form, receipt of the transaction invoice. Next time be better prepared!”
