“Only 4 stars, because the website would not give me a quote. However, very easy to book appointment for same day at local branch in Ayr, agent was friendly and informative and acceptable quote given in 15 mins. Agent explained everything clearly, money arrived on advised date, road tax cancellation and refund received really quickly.”

“The person at Borehamwood branch was friendly and explained everything clearly. Found the whole process easy to sell my car. The only thing I would say is that the price quoted was reduced for silly item like a scratch on a wheel. Not sure what one expects for a car that is 10 years old. Notwithstanding this, the price offered was what I was expecting so handed over the keys.”

Whilst we accept that the majority of used cars will have experienced a certain amount of wear and tear, we make no assumptions about the extent of this as it can vary greatly from vehicle to vehicle and we instead rely on our customers to describe the vehicles they have in their possession. - The WBAC Team

“I entered my details online which gave me a better price than I was being offered for part exchange at the dealer where I was purchasing my new car. I then went onto book an appointment and was NOT surprised that the valuation from what I was given online went down £500 however this was still better than the P/E price I had been given. I already had my two keys, service history, V5 etc and I signed over my car. If you want the cash the same/next day the fee is very high c£30 considering the faster pay bank charge is a small fee for business customers but free if you wait four days! The process was alien as I’ve never used it before and I forgot I had to keep the slip from the V5, I think the car salesman should have checked/reminded me, but is was ultimately my mistake. All in all a good service but do NOT expect to get the price on the website when you vist!”
