“Fast easy convenient however they do not always want to give you the least value for your car. My car was valued by them to be £6750 on the day they wanted to give less because of a few minor scratches just be careful.”

“Was offered £200 less that quoted online, the car was mint in my opinion, but nevertheless I was happy with the Chap at the Redditch branch, who was very friendly and professional. A great service with non of the nonsense of haggling with sales people.”

“I received just £180 less than my estimate for my car which was due to 2 minor stone chips and I was very happy with this. The girl who processed the sale at your westcroft branch was brilliant, lovely to chat to, efficient and professional. It’s not 5 stars because the settlement took too long which caused an issue with my finance company”

“You cannot accurately value a car on a computer no more than you can get a valuation on a house on a computer. If you trade your car in at a car dealer,the trade in price you get will largely depend on the value of the car you are buying. It has always been the same. Looking at the reviews i have seen on here i wont be going anywhere near we buy any car. Com. Great to see honest reviews on here. I will carry on selling my cars either privately or trading in at a reputable dealer.”
