Also your repeated pestering of someone who Has made and confirmed an appointment multiple times like they are a wayward child incapable of independent thought or reliability was just annoying. The poor representative was forced to doggedly call everyone he could think of to get assistance, had he not been so determined I would have taken my business elsewhere”
