“It is rare thing that a service lives up to that shown in an advertisement but in this case it really did - we went online - put in the car details - booked an appointment - choices of two drop-offs both just 15 minutes away - plenty of information and reminders provided - we arrived and were met by a very friendly and helpful young man - we went through the admin - the money was in the bank within the hour - really could not fault the process.”
