“Kane, the representative I spoke to in the Bolton branch was very good; he talked me through the process, explained how the valuation was put together and upon agreement, completed the transaction very efficiently. I was in and out within 30 minutes with the cash in my bank less than an hour later. Yes, the initial valuation was below market value, and it was reduced further from what was given online based on the inspection of my car but I was expecting that, they have to turn a profit somehow. I wanted a quick and simple way to sell my car and that’s what I got.”

“The reason for the bad review is because I was told on Friday I’d get £36,000 then it went down by £700 in two days I couldn’t sell on the day I went and was told to come back very very disappointed that when I did go back in went down by so much.”
