“Actual selling process was a pleasant experience, and very quickly completed. The 'system ' adjusted the valuation down significantly but for very, very minor chips which had little relation to any sale preparation costs. Otherwise, I was happy to proceed.”

“Office was poorly signposted and roadside banners looked tired and tatty. On-site signage was poor to non-existent and once inside, office was poky and untidy with personal details of other customers in clear view on the desk. I was left on my own for a few minutes and could have photographed or stolen papers. Not good. Notwithstanding the member of staff was engaging, friendly and professional. If he worked for me I’d have asked him to tidy himself up a bit though!! ;-) “Paperwork” was simple, uncomplicated, online and quick. Price and my sale decision was linked to finance settlement figure and was acceptable. All in all a good experience. Just get some fresh signage, tidy and brighten up the office and get your staff to smarten up a bit!! Thank you.”

“Took my car to WBAC situated at Morrisons car park Denton. Was offered £300 less than the online quote but this was due to a scuffed bumper and crack in my windscreen (this had previously been repaired leaving a slight blemish) the whole process took less than 30 minutes the staff were extremely polite and respectful. They also notified the relevant authorities of the change of ownership etc on my behalf. Was not offered a trade in on my car against the new vehicle as this had already been reduced so this was the most convenient way of disposing of my old car. Excellent service great guys very professional and explained the process so was all very efficiently handled. Would have no hesitation recommending these guys in future”
