The person who served me was fantastic. Don’t think I got his name but the chap who runs the Kingston branch, he was professional but also very helpful and nice. I do think the valuing system is a little harsh when it comes to knocking money off for a few scratches however I guess it’s part and parcel of using this business.

Quick and easy, but so much less than quoted than when you put in details , but the guy was quick and money was in bank in no time, mind you have to pay for that privilege ,don't see why, I don't charge when I transfer money into someone's account

I had to rearrange my appointment which was an easy enough process but the selection of alternative appointments was very limited. Only one day of the week had appointments. I was met promptly at the appointed time and the buyer was courteous and efficient. I was left waiting for 10 to 15 minutes while he went off and entered my car's details and condition into the "system". At no point was I able to check that what he had told me about the condition was what was entered onto the system, which then churned out a purchase price for my vehicle. There was no flexibility for negotiation, it was "take it or leave it". However, this was exactly what I expected to happen. The price I was offered for my car was reasonable and I was happy to accept it. I could probably have achieved up to £1000 more via a private sale but I was prepared to pay for convenience. I would recommend them if you are prepared to pay for convenience.

Process easy and simple to use, paperwork side easy and efficient. Payment swift and on time as explained. Inspection through and on the whole fair, some reductions for minor cosmetics were steep.

All very straightforward, but there were a few small marks on the car so I was offered a few hundred pounds less at the centre than online. That would be fair enough, except that the chap I dealt with had to go through his manager to agree that the car's condition was much better that you'd expect for a 4.5 year old vehicle because the app on his iPad wouldn't believe him! In other words there was no way I would have got the price originally quoted unless it was in showroom condition after 22k miles and over 4 years...

The sales guy Andrew was lovely and very mannerly. We got a good deal on our 8 year old car. There was a few hundred pounds knocked off for chips on the bodywork but on the whole we were quite pleased. You never get the price quoted online though

Good valuation and very friendly service. Knowledgeable and informative and not at all pushy. Would have been a 5 but after going through top cashback this was declined. Such a shame, up to this we were impressed.
