“Very good and friendly service from the guy in Eltham branch. The assessing branch is just round the corner from us. Very straight forward process and quick. All went as I was told. I have advertised everywhere and the prices offered weren't much greater than from Webuyanycar and for the easiness and smoothness of the process I would say it was well worth it.”

“Our 3yr 6mth old car with only 9800 miles got the best offer unseen from WBAC but the price was dropped by £350 pounds for 3 separate tiny chips. The moral is get them done before you take the car in. Any of the chip companies would have done the work for not much over half that amount.”

“Gave me a good price for my car online, when I took car there for the inspection they knocked a couple of hundred pounds off for very slight marks but was still happy with the price I received. Payment was in my bank the next day”

“Customer service is awesome but please remember the quotes that they give you are for showroom condition. One little scratch drops the quote by a lot. Do not expect the original quotation if you no there are defects. There are 3 choices as to when you get payment. If you want it immediately it costs next day it costs but 3-5 working days is free. There is also an administration fee of £50 (at the time) taken off before final payment.”

“It was all very straightforward and the quote they gave me was more than the quote 6 months ago! I was slightly worried about handing over keys and paperwork to a bloke in a car park, but my son said thats how they operate so I took a pic of the chap and handed everything over. He didn't even test drive the car, and offered £400 less than the original quote, but as it was more than I expected I accepted and the money arrived in my bank on the 4th day. I guess you have to have a car that people want and mine was a Smart Cabriolet, 8 years old, one lady owner, full service history and car in very good condition. Very happy and would do this again.”

“The sale process was very smooth. I took it twice, the first time to see how much would be taken off for wear and tear and then I decided it was the right time to sell and returned. The sale was very quick and straight forward, the guys were personable, I got a good price and didn't feel I was being ripped off. The office could do with a refurb but other than that couldn't really fault them. The money came on the day stated.”
