“Really easy to navigate the website and book in for a face to face appointment. Unfortunately, they unexpectedly had to close the office I was booked to attend on the day of my appointment but they contacted me as soon as they knew this and rearranged for me to attend another nearby site at a similar time. Both the person who called to rearrange and the person with whom I had my appointment were polite, friendly and professional.”

“It’s not made clear that the online offer is not the ACTUAL offer! Why would I be ‘selling’ you my car if it was in ‘mint condition’? Otherwise, it was an easy enough process, and your staff were helpful and professional.”
