“We recently sold our car to we buy any car and well after weeks of do we don't we it was the easiest fair service that we have ever experienced.. as everyone knows you hear horror stories but please let me give you some advice.... have your paperwork in order, have your car clean so they can see any damage or scratches, and don't worry because as long as your honest and give a good description of your car " faults and all" they will be fair and honest with you... the guy on Kingston Park Hull was lovely, explained everything and gave us a very fair price.. BE HONEST have your paperwork in order and your car tidy and you WILL be given a very fair price and a great customer service...”

“At my local depot everything was perfect, a small negotiation on the original price for some minor marks but that was obviously to be expected. It was 3 days later when I received a phone call from head office to say that they had made a mistake with the price and that they would be deducting £1000 from the payment and that if I didn't sign a new agreement then they simply wouldn't pay me attall. The dreadful lady who delivered the news on the phone is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with at one point telling me to shut up and listen. Given that it was a £21,000 payment, now reduced to £20,000 for no reason other than "THEY" had made a mistake I eventually signed the new agreement under duress. In my opinion this is fraud, they have basically stolen £1000 from me albeit that I did sign the new agreement but again I felt like I had a gun to my head. Not happy.”

“It didn't. The service was slick and friendly but the initial offer was reduced by 40%. Reason given was 2 very small repaired paint chips classed as having been paint and body repairs. Ridiculous, never use them again.”
