“Shipping was top of the line. I ordered my product and received it in under 48 hours - huge plus. My problem was with the fabric of the shirt I ordered. The shirt is made of viscose, but in my opinion it should be a rayon mixture. As a 'resort' style shirt, the fabric should be lightweight - whereas the shirt I ordered was heavier. The fabric is listed on the website, but I ordered it hoping that the material would fit my preference. This is a personal preference, so it does not affect my overall rating, as I believe that is unfair. The quality and service of the company earns it a 5 star - hoping they can make more silky resort shirts in the future.”

“Bought a size Large & was disappointed; the chest/arm holes are extremely tight while the mid-section has an extra amount of fabric. Who are you designing for? Are you assuming that if you purchase a large you are overweight? You have a global clientele, some of us have large chests and small waists. Additionally, your return shipping policy is ridiculous, I don't know another high-end designer that is so cheap. Never recommending this brand to anyone.”

“The Jacket is well made from quality materials and beautifully designed. Fit a bit smaller than I’m used to, and exchanging it from the US is proving to be a difficult and costly endeavor. But I can’t wait from my replacement jacket. And I will more than likely be purchasing more from Wax London.”
